At Publicis Intelligence, we are looking for an experienced and driven Martech Director. In this position, you will have a significant impact on our business development by both working on client projects and developing new products and solutions in the Martech space. We’re seeking a strategic thinker with technical expertise and a strong ability to turn ideas into concrete solutions that deliver business value for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Product development in Martech : Lead the development of new Martech solutions, from concept to launch, in close collaboration with internal teams and client leads.

• Strategic advisory : Support clients in optimizing their Martech landscape and strategies to maximize ROI, enhance customer experiences, and drive digital transformation.

• Project management : Manage and execute complex Martech projects that require both strategic insight and technical expertise, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet both internal and client expectations.

• Client relations and sales support : Act as an expert resource in the sales process to help our clients identify the right solutions and opportunities within Martech.

• Innovation and trend analysis : Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in Martech, contributing insights and ideas to strengthen our offerings.

• Knowledge sharing : Educate and support colleagues and clients through workshops and training sessions to build and strengthen Martech expertise.

Qualifications

• Experience : 8+ years of experience in Martech, with a strong background in consulting and project management.

• Technical competence : Solid knowledge of a wide range of Martech tools (e.g., CDP, CRM, automation, data analytics, personalization) with the ability to quickly adapt to new platforms and technologies.

• Strategic and analytical skills : A strategic mindset with the ability to analyze data, make insightful recommendations, and turn these into actionable solutions.

• Communication : Strong ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proactive and self-driven : Self-motivated, with the ability to independently drive projects and product development forward.
