Are you an experienced Executive Search Consultant and want to play a key role in our well-established internal Executive Search function? In this role you can be based in any ASSA ABLOY locations across Europe, and you will report directly to the VP & Head of Talent Acquisition.

What you would do as our Executive Search Consultant

You will work with identifying, engaging and qualifying executive talent for critical openings globally whilst also managing diverse projects to build and improve our executive recruiting capabilities and processes. In this role you will be working with global outreach across all our divisions, supporting our senior leadership teams and building strategic connections with internal stakeholders.

You would also:

• Proactively build and maintain our talent pipeline, identifying and hiring the right executive talents for our current and future organizational needs

• Conduct end to end executive search and manage selection processes including assessments

• Together with the team, contribute to the design, implementation, and improvement of tools and processes, to make sure we have an efficient way of working

• Collaborate with other HR functions to increase partnership and alignment around key talent objectives

The skills and experience you need

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience of managing end to end executive search and assessment processes across multiple geographies, preferably with one of the top Global Executive search firms

• Knows how to plan proactively, prioritize and deliver on deadlines

• Has strong business acumen combined with great relationship building skills

• Has excellent English skills, verbally and written, fluency in additional languages is considered a merit

• Puts a high emphasize on candidate and customer experience

Ideally, you would also have experience working in a multinational company with colleagues in many different countries. A background within manufacturing is an advantage, as is an academic degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar discipline. It’s a great role for someone who enjoys working closely with the business and has demonstrated experience in managing and influencing senior level stakeholders and building strong relationships.

In this role occasional travel will be required.
