Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor blow molding machines to ensure efficient production.

• Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions to minimize downtime.

• Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment.

• Inspect and test finished products to ensure quality standards are met.

• Maintain and repair electrical components of the machinery.

• Collaborate with the maintenance team to implement continuous improvement initiatives.

• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Machine Operator, preferably with blow molding experience.

• strong troubleshooting skills, particularly in resolving machine and process issues.

• Experience with electrical systems and the ability to perform basic repairs.

• Knowledge of safety procedures and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• standing for 8 hours at one time
