Administer sponsored agreements consisting of all federal, state and private agencies. Invoicing, financial reporting, preparation of financial reconciling documents, auditing of all disbursements. Interpretation and application of cost accounting standards,OMBUniform Guidance, state regulations/laws, University policies and procedures and any terms and conditions of the award. Approval of expenditures via various electronic systems for allowability, allocability, and reasonableness. Monthly review of financial reports for each award. Monitoring of outstanding receivables to extend to working with outside sponsors, college research offices and faculty to assure payments are received. Communication with sponsors and guidance to colleges on various issues. Provide training to outside offices as requested by supervisor.

Work schedule is from 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, Monday thru Friday. Additional hours may be required for: Fiscal Year End Processes and/or Audit; Periodic Reports or Proposal Deadlines Financial Analysis Critical Needs requiring immediate attention
