Supervises the efficient and quality food production of Byte. Responsible for kitchen functions including food preparation and maintenance of quality standards: sanitation and cleanliness: training of employees in methods of cooking preparation, plate presentation, portion and cost control. Responsible for assisting in the training, supervising, monitoring and disciplining of kitchen employees. Must be able to execute running all aspect of kitchen. All other duties as assigned. This is generally a 40 hour work week, with time and days to be determined. Flexible schedule required. Can be noisy with hot and cold extremes in temperature. This position is heavy in manual labor and will require the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and ability to stand on feet for a full shift and/or long periods of time.
