The Director of Technology Support is a member of the IT Leadership Team directing the Enterprise Information Technology Support Department. This position reports to the Chief Information Officer and is responsible for the strategic planning and daily operations of the Enterprise Information Technology Support Department. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, enterprise help desk operations, enterprise executive and desk-side support, IT-managed student computer labs, ID card creation and distribution, software distribution, and content of the knowledge base used by OSU for supported applications and operations. Effective communication and collaboration with the OSU/A&M community and external constituents are essential.

Periodically, this position requires work after normal working hours and continual availability by cellular device. Compensation for the cellular device is included in the salary.

The position will perform repetitive use of the keyboard and must have the ability to lift 25 lbs.
