Student connection and involvement on campus positively contribute to a students sense of belonging and their collegiate experience. The Coordinator of Non-Traditional and Transfer Student Support will promote non-traditional and transfer student success after transition to OSU by providing access to information and assistance with direct, individualized service; and by creating support services and activities that lead to students\' sense of belonging and connection to OSU. The coordinator will contribute to and implement a strategic plan to advance initiatives for transfer students and non-traditional students to support needs and address their unique challenges. The coordinator is part of a team supporting students with various identities and life experiences.
