Robert Half's Legal Practice is partnering with a top boutique law firm specializes in banking in search of a top Attorney with a Litigation background, to join their team. The position is in the East Metro, Twin Cities. The successful candidate will be part of a toplitigation team focusing on banking and financial services law.

Responsibilities:

• Enforce loan documents and handle foreclosure procedures

• Manage eviction cases and bankruptcy proceedings

• Represent clients in both state and federal court litigation

• Work with financial institutions on enforcement of loan documents, foreclosure, and collections

• Handle landlord/tenant disputes and construction matters

• Manage a large, diverse, and fast-paced workload

• Utilize case management software to maintain accurate records and manage cases

• Leverage strong oral and written communication skills to effectively represent clients

• Use Adobe Acrobat and 3M for document management and briefing

• Handle civil litigation and claim administration, as well as complaint handling in the consumer electronics sector.

Requirements

• Possession of a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Must be licensed to practice law in the state, or able to obtain license swiftly.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a practicing attorney.

• Proficiency in using Case Management Software and Adobe Acrobat.

• Familiarity with the Conveyancer system.

• Extensive knowledge and experience in Document Management.

• Demonstrated ability in Briefing and Civil Litigation.

• Experience in Claim Administration and Complaint Handling.

• Understanding of Consumer Electronics would be an advantage.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Working knowledge of the 3M system is a plus.

• High level of professional ethics and integrity.

• Excellent time management skills with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

• Willingness to keep up with changes in law, new trends and practice areas.
