JOB REQUIREMENTS: JOB ID: 20919 Position Title: Administrative Specialist TTC Title and Code: Administrative Specialist (AD006) FTE: 87.5% Principal Work Location: UW-Stevens Point Main Campus Supervisor: Position Summary: Dr. Cynthia McCabe, Assistant Dean, School of Mathematics, Computing, Physics, and Astronomy The Administrative Specialist serves as the administrative manager of the school office. The administrative specialist reports to the Assistant Dean of the school and works to ensure an effective and efficiently functioning office and school. The position requires a self-motivated individual who can work with limited supervision. A high level of confidentiality, sound judgement, and strong public relations skills are required. The administrative specialist position is essential to the effective administration of the school. Shift: 7:45am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday. The position will be full time during the academic year and part time (20 hours per week) during the summer months.
