Nightwing is seeking a cleared and experienced Project Manager/Integrator in support of USG in the Springfield area. The right candidate will serve as an administrative lead for plan reviews, commissioning of new infrastructure systems, and provides assistance in coordinating engineering support/troubleshooting of system failures. Performs general administrative duties and is expected to maintain current project management job knowledge and appropriate certifications.

Tracks actions to completion assigned to FSMB via cables, LN’s and tasks generated via PM’s. Integrates schedules with MS Project. Assists in development of recapitalization plans for station infrastructure based on documented life-cycle programmatic data for all customer field infrastructure.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience with facilities design, maintenance, renovation, and construction project management at overseas/domestic locations incorporating unique Sponsor requirements

  • Strong written communication skills

  • Strong representational and communications skills that enable close relationships with senior technical officers in the organization and throughout the community

  • Experience formulating and executing large facilities construction, maintenance and repair budgets

  • Knowledge of federal building & safety codes

  • Demonstrated ability to read and understand construction documents

  • Experience in preparing contract documentation including: market surveys, technical SOW, and other contract documents (SSJ, CDCG, financial documents, etc.)

  • Familiarity with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) as it applies to A&E and construction contracting

  • Knowledge of Department of State overseas facilities procedures and standards

  • Knowledge of overseas construction security requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Desired Skills:

  • PMP Certification

  • Experience with process improvement technologies

  • Familiarization with COMSEC policies/regulations

  • Bachelors Degree from an accredited university in architecture or engineering

  • Familiarity with the FS MAXIMO Asset Management System

Additional Requirements:

  • Additional Technical and Specialty Training/Certifications Etc.

  • Years of Experience Required: 4+ Education Level/Major: Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Equivalent Experience may be Substituted for Educational Requirement

  • CONUS TDY Required: Up to 10% CONUS travel required as needed

Must have TS/SCI security clearance with Poly on day one and be eligible for crossover.

The salary range for this role is 85,000 USD - 179,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
