Project Manager - Screening & Vetting Project - TS

Xcelerate Solutions is seeking a qualified Project Manager. As the PM of an Enterprise Vetting contract supporting the ICE mission, you will lead a team that provides the full range of administrative and analytical services to assist our customers in a) processing vetting requests for US Visa applicants and b) processing vetting requests for potential overstays of subjects with an existing US Visa. Vetting requests require research of a subject’s personal information, analysis of case information, and preparation of relevant information within reports and/or response codes sent back to validate the approval or denial of ones application to enter the United States. Clearance: Active TS with SCI Eligibility

Minimum Requirements:

• Master’s Degree and five (5) years of supervisory experience or eight (8) years of supervisory experience and Bachelor’s Degree in lieu of a Masters.

• Must have a PMP Certification.

• Must have five (5) years of experience supporting law enforcement or intelligence related work.

• Managing staff in an international programmatic office or in a federal law enforcement environment.

• Coordinating with Agency Senior Leadership, including at the SES level, on strategic communications and analytics as it relates to law enforcement or international programmatic office data.

• Managing comprehensive teams that comprise of project management and intelligence research support.

• Must possess knowledge of immigration policy and procedures as they relate to non-immigrant visitors and visa classifications.

• Thorough knowledge of identity intelligence operations, intelligence and interagency processes and procedures.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including statistical analysis, data visualization, and predictive modeling.
