Nightwing has an exciting opportunity open for a Program Management Office (PMO) Liaison. The PMO Liaison will support the Deputy Program Manager, Task Order Leads, and the Program Administrator with responsibility for a broad range of administrative and coordinator duties. This position will require initiative, judgment and professional service skills. This person will be a proactive member of the team supporting the daily business administrative and coordination responsibilities; including but not limited to preparation of presentations and reports, arranging meetings, tracking expenses, arranging domestic travel and management of calendar frequently interfacing with other functions and internal and external customers and suppliers.

The candidate will manage telephonic communications and perform other administrative tasks as necessary to promote effective and efficient operation of the department. The successful candidate must have the ability to understand the workflow of the business area and take initiative to add value by supplementing tasks and prioritization. You will be expected to foster a collaborative work environment while balancing the needs of internal staff and external business partners. It is essential that this person exercises excellent judgment and discretion when interacting with others and in managing information. The ideal candidate excels in a fast paced and dynamic growth environment and must project warmth and enthusiasm toward all engaged.

Responsibilities Include:

Planning, coordinating and producing of communications for engaging with clients, staff, and subcontractors

Condensing highly technical cyber security concept and communication into engaging artifacts for clients and staff

Creating online collaboration environments

Managing and facilitating a large volume of email replies from staff on matters of staff engagement

Assisting with the preparation of internal executive management reports and presentations ensuring on-time delivery

Hosting meetings; capturing actions and maintaining action list to ensure follow up

Coordinating materials prior to meetings

Interfacing with senior level external and internal customers

Required Skills:

Must be a US Citizen

Must be able to obtain DHS program suitability prior to starting employment at the Public Trust level

Must be able to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.

2+ years of directly relevant experience

Self-motivated and forward-thinking to ensure proactive management of work products and able to anticipate needs, requirements, and actions.

Confident personality and capable of being persistent when necessary

Advanced knowledge of MS Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)

Diplomatic and tactful

Extremely detail oriented and organized

Maintaining a positive attitude and willingness to work with all team members.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate well and respond effectively and with good judgment to non-routine requests or situations

Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of internal and external contacts

Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced team environment

Ability to remain discrete concerning confidential or sensitive information

Desired Skills:

Experience planning and organizing event

Ability to assist others in solving problems and work with them to implement the solution

Experience in marketing, communications, and employee engagement

Required Education

Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or High School Diploma and 6+ years of experience

Requires theoretical to advanced knowledge of work area typically obtained through University Degree combined with experience. Practical knowledge of RTX projects, programs

or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.

Engineering/Other Technical Positions:Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics(STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior

relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.

The salary range for this role is 70,000 USD - 142,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
