The Staffing Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates across various departments. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for candidates, and contributing to the companys overall talent acquisition strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing and Recruitment:
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Candidate Management:
- Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and keep them informed throughout the hiring process.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and job requirements.
- Advise on job descriptions, candidate profiles, and interview processes.
- Assist in developing and refining job descriptions to ensure alignment with departmental and organizational goals.
Recruitment Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and status in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Prepare and present reports on recruitment metrics and performance.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
Market Research and Trend Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruiting and talent acquisition.
- Analyze market data to identify trends and provide recommendations for improving recruitment strategies.
Employer Branding:
- Promote the companys brand and culture to attract high-quality candidates.
- Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and other recruiting.
Working Conditions:
- Office environment with occasional travel to job fairs and recruitment events.
- Standard working hours with occasional extended hours depending on recruitment needs.
