The Staffing Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates across various departments. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for candidates, and contributing to the companys overall talent acquisition strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Sourcing and Recruitment:

    • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
    • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
    • Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  2. Candidate Management:

    • Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
    • Provide timely feedback to candidates and keep them informed throughout the hiring process.
    • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
  3. Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

    • Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and job requirements.
    • Advise on job descriptions, candidate profiles, and interview processes.
    • Assist in developing and refining job descriptions to ensure alignment with departmental and organizational goals.
  4. Recruitment Administration:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and status in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
    • Prepare and present reports on recruitment metrics and performance.
    • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
  5. Market Research and Trend Analysis:

    • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruiting and talent acquisition.
    • Analyze market data to identify trends and provide recommendations for improving recruitment strategies.
  6. Employer Branding:

    • Promote the companys brand and culture to attract high-quality candidates.
    • Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and other recruiting.

Working Conditions:

  • Office environment with occasional travel to job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Standard working hours with occasional extended hours depending on recruitment needs.
