Job Title: Process Tech/Supervisor

Job Description

Our staff is searching for an experienced process tech with supervisor/leadership experience for a supplier of exterior components & systems to the automotive industry. This role requires a hands-on supervisor who will spend 95% of their time on the floor. Responsibilities include performing 1-3 mold changes per day, setting molds for production, and conducting light maintenance tasks such as fixing hydraulic leaks or broken water lines. The Supervisor will also manage performance, handle disciplinary actions if necessary, and complete end-of-shift paperwork, including scrap and production numbers.

Shift: Swing Shift (7 pm - 3 am). Must be open to early/later shift times and coverage of other shifts as needed.
