Job Title: Tool Room Inventory Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a Tool Room (MRO) Coordinator to help organize and manage the layout of our warehouse. You will work on a large project involving the disassembly of robots, requiring strong attention to detail to oversee materials and inventory. Responsibilities include creating the layout, labeling, working with the ERP system (training provided), organizing inventory and maintenance parts, tracking inventory, shipping & receiving, and warehouse/material coordinating. This role is ideal for someone with experience in Maintenance Coordination, Storefront Coordination, MRO, or Tool Room management.

Work Environment

Individual shop environment (own workstation/bench), quiet environment, currently reorganizing all incoming equipment and air-conditioned.
