Responsibilities: - Ensure efficient and timely completion of all automotive repairs and maintenance tasks - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns - Schedule and assign work to automotive technicians based on their skills and availability - Monitor and maintain inventory levels of automotive parts and supplies - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies - Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and industry trends - Valid driver's license required to operate vehicles during the work day

Experience: - Knowledge of automotive repairs and maintenance procedures - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Experience with cash handling, invoicing, and financial transactions
