Project Engineer (Staten Island, NY) - Design and develop construction project engineering documents including shop drawings and design mixes in the design process applying AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, Procore, Revit, and construction management; Create RFI's, Submittals, and Shop drawings using Autocad, Revu during the execution and management of construction projects; Review and analyze project documents and prepare change order packages from signed field tickets; Manage project progress and maintain logs including Cost/Quantity Estimations; Coordinate project management with vendors and subcontractors; Verify that the projects are in compliance with project design, government regulations, and ensure DOB, FDNY and OSHA compliance on site. Must have a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering and Management plus skills and knowledge in AutoCAD, Change orders, Cost/Quantity Estimations, OSHA compliance, Construction Management, Bluebeam Revu, Revit.
