Hiring Quality Technicians in State College, PA

Job Description

• Set up and maintain equipment used in the production process to assess quality levels of products.

• Read/Interpret blueprints/work orders.

• Process parts through plating, passivation, or cleaning lines as required by process specifications.

• Manipulate/rack products.

• Operate measuring devices, including micrometers and dial gauges.

• Run products through processes using racks or barrels (cleaning, plating, passivation, pickling).

• Work with chemicals such as sensitizers, activators, cleaning chemicals, acids, etc.

• Set up fixtures, racks, and barrels with support from the team leader and lab technician.

• Use of calipers, micrometers, and inspection microscopes.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
