POSITION: Facilities Administrator

SALARY RANGE: $63,249 to $75,898 DOQ
The COG Office of Administration is hiring for the position of Facilities Administrator. This position will be responsible for assisting all COG agencies with coordinating the consistent and efficient maintenance and management of their facilities and systems.
The Centre Region COG is located in beautiful State College, Pennsylvania, also known as Happy Valley and home to the Pennsylvania State University (PSU).
The successful candidate will have experience including, but not limited to:
- Relationship and consensus building
- Communication and conflict resolution
- Construction and renovation project administration
- Preventative and facility maintenance
- Environmentally sustainable projects
- Safety standards, including building code compliance
- Providing training opportunities for staff involved in facilities management
- Budget development, capital improvement schedules, and meeting minutes
