Sales Order Administrator
Purpose of the position
The post holder is responsible for providing administrative support for sales orders within the Terminal Tractor Order Management team.
Main tasks and responsibilities
Facilitate the global terminal tractor sales process by maintaining sales order information in various software tools.
Track and maintain progress of sales orders to ensure timely deliveries
Provide sales order process support to front line sales teams and other stakeholders in the sales order process
Coordinate internally with various departments throughout the sales order quoting, submission, production and delivery process
Liaising with global production locations in the US, Poland and China
Respond to inquiries to and from the sales department to ensure timely deliveries
Maintain and improve software tools to promote better efficiency, throughput, accuracy and automation.
Maintain knowledge of key processes, business initiatives and internal resources to support sales and production teams
Accurately create and issue configured bill of materials in accordance with sales order specifications and aligned with production schedules. Correcting bills of material when sales order specifications change
What you’ll need to succeed
Education:
- University degree (engineering, business, supply chain) or more than 2 years of professional experience in line with the above criteria.
Experience:
- More than 1 year experience in a sales or sales support position.
Skills:
Google work package will be used daily (Documents, Sheets, Slides, Meetings, etc.).
CRM software for customer relationship management (e.g. Salesforce, etc.).
Business analytics and data analysis software (e.g. Google Data Studio, Qlik, etc.).
