About Our Assisted Living Facilities: Lakewood Pines and Lakewood Manor are licensed assisted living facilities. Lakewood Pines has 43 apartments and Lakewood Manor has 26 apartments. Mission for Position The PCA/CNA will provide personalized, compassionate care to residents while focusing on dignity and respect for each resident in their care. Duties & Responsibilities Provide assistance to residents with daily activities such as bathing and passing medications Encourage residents to function at the highest level of their ability Communicate information regarding resident needs through written and verbal communication to appropriate staff members Observe proper infection control and safety procedures Respond positively to feedback (questions, suggestions, problems) from residents, guests, family members and fellow staff Position Type Part-time or full-time AM shift 4 open positions Part-time or full-time PM shift 3 open positions Part-time or full-time NOC shift 2 open positions We offer flexible scheduling to promote work/life balance. Available shifts include: 8 Hour Shifts - 6:00am-2:00pm 7:00am-3:00pm 2:00pm-10:00pm 10:00pm-6:00am 4-5 Hour Shifts 7:00am-11:00am 4:00pm-9:00pm 4:30pm-8:30pm 4:00pm-8:00pm Weekends - every other (potential for every third) Holidays - some Certified staff starting pay of $17/hr does not include additional compensation available through: Competitive shift differential (PM/Noc), shift pick-up, overtime Increases based on certifications, education, experience or additional duties Not certified, but want to become certified?
