We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing supply chain operations, ensuring the efficient flow of goods and information across the supply chain network. The ideal candidate will collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance overall supply chain performance.
Responsibilities
Manage and monitor supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
Maintain relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Track shipments and address any supply chain disruptions, ensuring seamless supply flow.
Optimize inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
Work closely with the sales team to edit purchase orders and build relevant inventory.
Check import documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Assist in developing and implementing supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Communicate with internal departments such as sales, operations, and finance to align supply chain activities with business goals.
Identify and resolve any operational issues within the supply chain process.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in international supply chain coordination, logistics, or procurement.
Strong understanding of supply chain principles, inventory management, and logistics.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards: FDA, FSMA/FSVP
Work Environment
This role involves working in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The position requires proficiency with ERP systems and may involve managing international shipments. While experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred, candidates from other industries are also welcome.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $33.65/hr.
