Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a SQL Developer for one of our clients based in Stamford, CT. This person will be responsible for data flows that feed the incentive workflows. This person would be supporting a sales compensation team. Sales agents have to be paid based on activity performed. These results of activities are housed in multiple data warehouses. This person will be responsible for pulling this data and create different data sets to create metrics for the incentive process. They well then manage the process of incentives. This position will be performed on-site in Stamford and the pay is between $45-60/hr.

Skills and Requirements

3-5 years of development experience (ETL developer, data developer, data analyst w/ strong focus in SQL/Python, data engineer)

Strong database knowledge and general programming knowledge

SQL scripting experience

Familiar with any of the below:

Power BI, Tableau, Databricks, Redshift, Teradata, SQL Server

Soft Skills:

Intelligent in problem solving and solution development

Problem solving and critical thinking skills

Personable - working w/ multiple business units Alteryx experience null
