YOUR ROLE

  • Support in the management of the Dial® portfolio (Personal Care).

  • Continuously monitor the performance of assigned brands using sales reports and research (IRI, Nielsen) data.

  • Apprise management of significant changes. Ensure current knowledge of the competitive environment via outside sources.

  • Assist with the development of annual marketing plan for assigned brands. Includes business review, customers line reviews, development of alternative/contingency plans, and overall strategy for the brand.Assist with the preparation of quarterly and annual operating plan reviews.

  • Work with Shopper Marketing/E-commerce on executing and monitoring promotions and trade support plans across all retailers to help drive volume, market share and profits.

  • Maintain ongoing communication with Sales Strategy and Field Sales personnel to build support plans, learn about changing market conditions and modify promotion programs to support market changes

  • Work with the Market Research, R&D, Finance, and Manufacturing from packaging updates to new SKUs launches that can add incremental dollar and case volume to the franchise.

  • Participate in advertising agency meetings with brand's advertising agency to include any necessary preliminary and follow-up work.

YOUR SKILLS

  • BS/BA (Business, Marketing, Social Sciences - Psychology, Sociology, Economics), MBA preferred

  • 1 - 3 years experience in CPG brand management, marketing and/or sales

  • Knowledge of category (major competitors, target users, industry trends)

  • Demonstrated leadership and organization skills required to be able to lead projects,

  • Partner cross-functionally, and work independently

  • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills; attention to details; strong analytical skills;

  • Solid financial acumen

  • Ability to analyze market and research data and derive insights that lead to actions

  • Designed to generate incremental sales and profits

  • Creative mindset and strong team player

The salary for this role is $90,000.00 - $120,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
