What you´ll do

• Support the development of brand strategy and spur the growth of assigned brands with marketing excellence

• Monitor and analyze brand consumption data and market research to inform decisions

• Oversee your brand's annual financial objectives and contribute to brand delivery with budget ownership

• Lead cross-functional brand initiatives through planning and execution to achieve brand objectives and goals -

• Contribute to long-term marketing strategies and define communication and innovation plans

• Collaborate with commercial organization to drive retailer excellence across customers

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelors Degree required; Masters degree in Business required or 2-4 years experience in consumer-packaged goods brand marketing

• Excellent analytical skills upon which to base decision-making

• Detail oriented, with excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong project management skills

• Highly collaborative with experience working with cross-functionals

• Experience working with consumer data ideal; i.e. IRI, Nielsen

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects within scheduled timelines

• Must be self-motivated and exhibit an entrepreneurial spirit

The salary for this role is $94,500.00 - $120,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
