Insight Global Associate Analyst in Stamford, Connecticut

Job Description

A Fortune 100 client is looking for an Associate Analyst to join the Customer Experience team in Stamford CT. This role is also referred to as a call center representative or an administrative assistant, helping the team execute communications that go out to customer's journeys. Communication is sent out to customers via Chat Bot, text message, email, etc. This person is expected to regulate the customer journey by coordinating when/how these communications get released, while managing the workflow. On a day to day they will be interfacing using applications, and having a technical understanding while ensuring the sends are being made. Excellent time management and coordination skills are required, as this person will be handling different requests at a short period of time.

Pay rate: 30-40/hr

Skills and Requirements

Must-haves

* 2+ years of experience in an administrative assistant/call center representative role in a customer setting

* Experience scheduling communications for customer journeys

* Experience managing workflow and understanding of systems and how they interact

* Experience coordinating/handling requests in a short period of time

* Excellent project management and analytical skills

* Experience with Excel and MS office tools, similar tools to SharePoint as well

* Great communication skills and attention to detail Plusses

* Telecom industry experience null
