Functional Description:

  • Conducts ongoing quantitative analyses of all financial information affecting the Ship Air Traffic Management investment program.
  • Proficiency in Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP), Funds Allocation/Appropriation Types and constraints with regard to and the Planning Programing and Budgeting Execution System (PPBE) construct.
  • Utilizes business processes and accounting solutions and help resolve discrepancies.
  • Reconciles processes and prepares supporting documentation.

Required Experience:

  • Journey - over 3 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description, with those years demonstrating experience with NERP and PPBE System.
  • Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP) tool proficiency is a must.
  • Experience performing as an FM in NERP.
  • Initiates Purchase Requisitions for reimbursable funding and Purchase Initiation Documents (PIDs) for contract funding in N-ERP.

Education Requirements:

BA/BS Degree
