About the Role

The Structural Mechanics department develops world-leading software products such as FEMFAT and carries out numerical calculations using the finite element method and multi-body simulation. Our worldwide customers for software products and services are companies from the automotive and mechanical engineering sectors as well as internal engineering departments, which we support with numerical analyses of fatigue strength and dynamics. Your task in the FEMFAT sales group is to support the technical sales department in terms of administration as well as sales and marketing activities.

Your Responsibilities

  • Preparation and submission of offers for maintenance, purchase, rental

  • Preparation of sales-relevant evaluations, overviews and statistics

  • Preparation of licenses and sales documents

  • Transmission of data to/from sales partners

  • Processing of license agreements

  • Support in the organization of events in cooperation with the marketing department

  • Customer surveys by telephone

Who we are looking for

We are looking for an outgoing and team-oriented person who is an important contact person for us and our customers due to their intercultural openness and customer-oriented personality.

Your preferred qualifications

  • Completed commercial education (University of Applied Sciences or Commerical Highschool) preferably in the field of administration / sales / marketing

  • Excellent MS Office skills

  • Flexibility & commitment

  • Willingness to travel throughout Europe on a case-by-case basis

  • Very good knowledge of English & German

Remuneration

It is important to us to offer a fair and attractive remuneration package. The gross yearly salary (for 38,5h/week) according to the collective agreement for the automotive industry is at least € 44.940,- (Commercial High School) or € 50.400,- (Bachelor University of Applied Sciences) for this position. Overpayment based on relevant experience and qualifications is common practice.
