• This role is for 2nd shift

• Read and interpret customer documentation, internal & external quality requirements and Engineering Changes.

• Review processes to ensure they meet all product and customer requirements:

• Review Process Flow for accuracy and proper inspection and data collection points.

• Review process work instructions (WIs) for all processes.

• Create Quality Work Instructions (QWIs)

• Ensure proper inspection tooling is in place prior to builds.

• Monitor product metrics (FPY, OBA, DPMO) to validate process effectiveness and facilitate necessary improvements.

• Aid the production floor to evaluate and resolve issues related to Man/Method/Machine/Material/Measurement/Environment.

• Review all supplier or customer discrepancies. Coordinate and track the corrective/preventative action effort via the SQE Team.

• Interface and provide technical support on quality issues with the customer as needed.

• Encourage open communication and exchange of information within the QE department and between the various support groups.
