You will be involved in working on truly meaningful business tasks, receiving mentorship from upper management and training from experts!As a Process Engineer, you will be working with a broad range of processing equipment and be responsible for:

  • Developing and evaluating technical solutions to achieve business objectives

  • Performing cost analysis and collaborating with departments such as Manufacturing, R&D, as well as other P&G sites and functions

  • Designing, procuring, and implementing new processing equipment to meet production needs

  • Testing newly acquired equipment from vendors to ensure it meets the required standards

  • Resolving equipment issues by working closely with production personnel to ensure efficient and effective operations for both new and existing equipment

  • Monitoring production processes to identify improvement areas and implement process changes to increase efficiency

  • Managing and mentoring project team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard

  • Providing regular progress reports to stakeholders and presenting project results to upper management

Compensation & Benefits

  • Monthly salary starting from 120 000 rubles gross

Job Qualifications

  • A higher education diploma

  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience

  • English language proficiency at a level not lower than Intermediate

  • Strong communication skills, leadership and analytical capabilities

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work within diverse organizations and teams

  • Technical academic background is preferable, but not mandatory
