Robert Half Human Resources Generalist in St. Petersburg, Florida

Description

We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our team in St. Petersburg, Florida. The selected candidate will primarily be responsible for overseeing all HR functions within our organization. This includes managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and administering benefits and compensation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues

• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital

• Nurture a positive working environment

• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

• Maintain pay plan and benefits program

• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

• Leverage the use of Paycom for HR functions.

This is a permanent position that will pay up to $70,000 depending upon experience. Please apply to Jane Gearhart if interested!

Requirements • Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role, with a focus on managing HR functions

• Demonstrated expertise in Benefit Functions and Compensation Administration

• Proven experience in ensuring HR Compliance and handling Employee Relations

• Familiarity with Paycom HR management software

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

• Proven leadership skills and ability to inspire and manage a team

• Knowledge of current HR practices and industry trends

• Ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
