We have an amazing opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in the Highway 40 St. Charles area! This company offers great benefits, and a warm, welcoming place to work. You will be the perfect fit for this position if you have at least 2 years' experience in business to business collections, a customer service mindset and a thorough knowledge of both A/P and A/R practices. This position is 100% on site, and you MUST have B2B collections experience. No degree required- just experience!

salary: $50,000 - $55,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Communicate and follow up effectively, timely and record all communications

• Process cash receipts, make collection calls and/or correspondence

• Provide customer service, process and review account adjustments, resolve discrepancies

• Monitor and maintain all accounts: customer calls, adjustments and reconciliations

• Process billing, credit card payments, and work to reduce delinquency for assigned accounts.

• Knowledge of Collections procedures in a Business to Business environment specializing in both International and Domestic collections

• Business to Business Billing & Collections Experience

• Attention to detail, goal oriented, excellent written and verbal communication

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
