Here, you will make an impact by:Perform the responsibilities of reviewing the accuracy of the P&L (SAP, interim state & legacy), Balance Sheet, and spending review by Division and Business Group.Collaborate with various organizations to understand how current business processes work to ensure the Financials are accurate and closed in a timely manner.Optimize processes, interfacing between the USAC based Finance teams and the Global Service Center.Partner with the business group, division, and plant Finance teams to understand business events driving financial impacts, including leading regular connection points throughout the month.Provide change leadership through organizational, process and systems transitions.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND three (3) years of combined experience in Accounting and/or Finance in a private, public, government or military environmentORHigh School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND seven (7) years of combined experience in Accounting and/or Finance in a private, public, government or military environmentIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:Two (2) years of combined experience leading and/or participating on project teams in a private, public, government or military environmentAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:SAP experience, Lead SME experienceAbility to effectively influence and collaborate with partner organizationsProject leadershipConsiders implications across Finance and functional teamsAbility to handle multiple priorities with a sense of urgencyHighly proactive, self-starter with ability to drive changeSound analytical skillsAdvanced user of Excel & experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word)Work location: RemoteTravel: May include up to 10% domestic/interna ionalRelocation Assistance: Is not authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
