Job Summary: This position will primarily be responsible for administering employee surveys, supporting training and development through the Learning Management System, and collaborate with various departments and lines of service to achieve learning and development goals. Qualifications and Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience is required. At least 2-3 years of progressive experience in benefits, recruitment, and HRIS systems. The ability to effectively collaborate and work well with others. Solid customer service skills (timely and responsive to internal and external customers). Keen attention to detail. Ability and willingness to work independently, with limited supervision. Computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), LMS experience.
