Boston Scientific Corporation seeks a Senior Global Supply Chain Planning Manager at its St. Paul, MN location. DUTIES: Responsible for worldwide inventory and supply chain performance for Cardiac Rhythm Management franchises. Lead a team of 5 subordinates in the achievement of organizational goals. Guide, coach, direct, and develop direct reports while fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. Provide cross functional supply chain support to key stakeholders (Marketing, Country Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Distribution). Develop launch plans, including forecasts, inventory targets, cannibalization plans, and introduction schedules with support of stakeholders and aligned to business objectives. Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures (e.g. federal/country and regulatory requirements) as well as expired, excess, and obsolete inventory reserves. Drives the monthly Sales, Inventory, and Operations Plan where net requirements, forecasts, build schedules, and priorities are finalized and reviewed. May require to travel/telecommute.
