Ecolab Inc Senior Developer - Master Data Management in St. Paul, Minnesota

As aSenior Developer (MDM), you will be responsible for playing a crucial role in implementing solutions and responsible for the technical delivery and oversight of Ecolab's Master Data Management platform including design, development, and data integration. This person will work with enterprise business stakeholders, Data Architecture, and product teams to conceptualize, design, develop and deliver extensible and scalable MDM solutions for digital enablement. This position is based out of our St. Paul, MN or Naperville, IL offices with hybrid schedule What You Will Do: Lead the design and implementation of MDM solutions using Syndigo MDM, Snowflake, Informatica IDMC, and Azure technologies. Collaborate with business stakeholders, data analysts, and other project team members to understand client requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Develop and maintain technical architectures and data models for MDM solutions. Implement data integration processes, ensuring the seamless flow of data between different systems and applications. Configure and customize MDM tools to meet specific client needs, including data modeling, workflow design, and data governance rules. Develop and maintain integrations between MDM solutions and other systems using APIs and web services. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, overseeing their work to ensure high-quality and timely delivery. Collaborate with infrastructure teams to optimize the performance and scalability of MDM solutions in an Azure cloud environment. Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in MDM and cloud technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement. Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. Collaborate with data security teams to ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 5 years' experience; or no degree and 9 years combined education and equivalent work experience 3 years of experience in MDM implementation projects. Strong knowledge of MDM concepts and technologies. Hands-on experience with MDM tools like Syndigo, Snowflake, and Informatica IDMC. Familiarity with the Azure cloud platform. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. No immigration sponsorship available for this position. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in computer science or a related field. Certifications in MDM, ETL Snowflake or related technologies. Experience with other MDM/ETL tools and platforms. Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks.
