Job Description Sales Development Administrator - Contract Review Position location is flexible and may office from a sales office location in Winona, MN; St. Paul, MN; Green Bay, WI; Brookfield, WI Full-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 8:00am - 5:00pm OVERVIEW: Working as Full-time Sales Development Administrator, you will provide support to our National Accounts, Government and Industry Specialist sales departments. This team's focus is the administration/management of the customer contract negotiation and execution process. This involves contract review and analysis and collaboration with various internal departments and sales team. You will also support Fastenal branches serving as a support center in regard to National Accounts processes. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals. RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: o Reviewing contract documentation for adherence to company standards o Reviewing and managing updates and modifications to contract documents through each phase of negotiation o Facilitation of contract execution o Managing several concurrent open projects o Providing customer service to internal stakeholders o Adhering to established processes, workflows and Standard Operating Procedures REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: The following skills and qualifications are required for this position: o Possess at least 2 years of Fastenal work experience OR have 2 years of work experience in customer service, sales, marketing, education or administration o Excellent written and oral communication skills o Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite o Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented o Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities o Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills o Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment o Work independently as well as in a team environment o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork o Lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 100lbs o Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY) PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: o Prior work experience with review and/or administration of contracts o Demonstrate knowledge and experience using collaborative workflow systems such as MS Dynamic CRM, SharePoint, DocuSign, etc. ABOUT US: Since 1967 Fastenal has grown as a distributor of industrial and construction supplies from a single branch to a Fortune 500 company with over 3,000 servicing locations, each providing tailored local inventory and personal service for our customers.
