Must be organized, good with computers (Email/Microsoft Word/Excel) and driven to succeed. As a Recruiter you will impact both our candidates and customers by finding the right people for the right jobs. You will Have excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task and change priorities with high attention to detail. Be self-motivated. Be able to work well with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Involved within your community, and active in searching for new connections. Source and recruit semi-skilled and clerical candidates. Screen and interview candidates. Ability to drive to various locations in the Twin Cities for tours and check-ins.
