While the preferred location for this position is Duluth, there is the opportunity to accommodate remote work if needed. Job Summary: The purpose of this position is to assure customer satisfaction in order for NuVantage to maintain our current customer base as well as to work toward broadening our customer base. Incumbent will provide customer support, training for customers and providers, client service, accounts receivable, contract renewal, business development, and provider contracting for NuVantage. Qualifications and Requirements: Master's degree in related field preferred, or equivalent experience. Experience with and understanding of workplace-based services preferred. Effective communication skills both verbal and written. Ability and comfort level working with a diverse variety of individuals. Ability to analyze possibilities and options and make decisions based on sound judgement.
