The Procurement Representative will provide category support to the HR and Professional Services spend categories in Indirect Procurement Business Services. What You Will Do: Learns and applies Total Delivered Cost (TDC) sourcing process tools and skills such as RFI's, RFP's, and Direct Negotiation strategies to execute sourcing initiatives Supports category managers by completing tactical tasks such as: market research, bid analysis, meeting scheduling and facilitation, and contract routing for complex negotiations Independently facilitates and manages less complex, lower spend projects using TDC methodology Facilitates and manages contract building, redline acceptance and final agreement execution. Works closely with legal counsel and suppliers to negotiate final terms & conditions. Works with the business to address questions & needs surrounding suppliers, markets, materials, and services Effectively communicates updates to internal stakeholders including senior level executives Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure project milestones and action plans are met Implements procurement systems and process improvements to drive single source of truth, efficiency, and effectiveness Manages processes critical to the efficient functioning of the procure-to-pay process Ensure assigned spend is fully documented, categorized in the procurement system(s) Uses reporting systems to pull and analyze data for leadership reporting and metric tracking Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree 2 years of professional, related experience Immigration Sponsorship is not offered for this role Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, Finance, Supply Chain or related field Experience in or working with Procurement or Operations Demonstrated history of leadership Demonstrated skills in clear communication and good presentation skills Demonstrated competitive drive and strong orientation for results and achievement Demonstrated professionalism and strong presence in interactions with others Demonstrated teamwork and project management skills Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills Benefits Ecolab strives to provide comprehensive and market-competitive benefits to meet the needs of our associates and their families.Click here to see our benefits.
