This role is positioned to drive the success of the "New Health Care Company".The Impact You'll Make in this RoleAs a(n) Inside Sales Post Acute Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:Driving 3M sales and manage transitions within assigned territories in the Out of Hospital market, which includes Wound Clinics, Home Health Agencies, Skilled-Nursing Facilities, and Long-Term Acute Care.Establishing and maintaining customer relationships through a comprehensive understanding of the customer's business/sales models to help manage and influence business growth.Introducing new products, and communicating promotions to relevant customers and prospectsMaintaining and updating a working sales plan with strategies and tactics to achieve annual sales forecastsDemonstrating a proficient level of procedural and technical product knowledge to identify products that meet customer needsSharing best practices with the team to promote a positive team environmentYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher AND two (2) years of sales experience in a private, public, government, or military environmentORHigh School Diploma/GED from AND (6) years of sales experience in a private, public, government, or military environmentAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Account management experienceSalesforce.com experience is desiredWound management and/or Healthcare experienceAbility to work effectively in a sales team environment - Creative problem-solving abilities are preferredAbility to adapt to a rapidly changing work environmentStrong organizational skills, with the ability to stay on tasks and maintain high productivity levels while working both in the office and remotelyFor current employees, internal transfer restrictions may not apply.
