Regions Hospital Facilities Management Center Coordinator in St. Paul, Minnesota

If you're a self-starter who enjoys working independently and is looking for a great opportunity Regions Hospital is looking for a Facilities Management Center (FMC) Coordinator to join our team. As the FMC Coordinator you will work collaboratively with managers, staff and peersproviding a connection between the customer and the departments of plant operations, and grounds; to receive verbal and written requests for services. Duties include: Assign tasks based on established systems and dispatch / contact appropriate staff to complete tasks maintain records, files and schedules. Compile data for reports as directed or according to determined routines. Produce communication pieces and documents using word processing. Prioritize multiple demands from multiple requesters seeking assistance from the Director when unsure. Perform related duties as assigned. Work schedule: FTE 1.0 (40 hrs. weekly), Day Shift Required Qualifications: Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination: High school graduate or equivalent. 2 years of experience as a coordinator / clerk or equivalent.
