You will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repair tasks throughout our facility. Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions

• Assist with installations and repairs of machinery and systems

Qualifications:

• Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge

• Must have PLC troubleshooting experience

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment

• strong PLC and electrical troubleshooting experience

• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and hydraulic issues

• Conduct preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance

• Fabricate and weld components as needed

• Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders and document maintenance activities

• Read and interpret equipment schematics and technical manuals

• Operate precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate repairs and installations

• Collaborate with other team members to complete maintenance projects in a timely manner

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 10 hours at one time
