Regions Hospital EVS and Transport Services Supervisor in St. Paul, Minnesota

The Environmental Services and Transport Services Supervisor supports the hospital mission, holding staff accountable for performance and motivating staff. The Environmental Services and Transport Services Supervisor under the direction of the Manager-Environmental Services maintains the housekeeping services ensuring a safe, sanitary, and clean environment for all patients, visitors, family members and employees, ensures all patient information remains confidential. Responsibilities include: Supervising 30-45 employees in day-to-day EVS/Transport operations. Maintain Department Service Standards Recruitment of New staff, including interviewing, selecting and onboarding new employees. Identifies opportunities for process improvement and implements changes to increase productivity. Maintains Departmental budgets. Work schedule: FTE: 1.0 (40 hrs. weekly), Day Shift Hrs.: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, every sixth weekend. Required Qualifications: Education: High School diploma or equivalent Experience: 4 years of hospital support services experience AND at least 1 year of operational leadership experience Preferred Qualifications: Education: Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree Experience: Environmental Services (EVS) or Patient Transport leadership Benefits: Regions Hospital offers a competitive benefits package (.5 FTE or greater) that includes medical insurance, dental insurance, 401k with match, disability insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
