A large financial client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Escalation Representative to join their team. This role involves supporting both internal and external customers with inquiries and complaints related to banking products, including credit cards, deposits, lending, and primarily trusts. The ideal candidate will act as an intermediary to resolve disputes, negotiate settlements, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and communication skills.

Pay: $22/hr Contract to hire Shift: M-F 8:00am- 5pm

salary: $20 - $22 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Assist internal and external customers with inquiries and complaints regarding various banking products and services, focusing primarily on trust-related products.

  • Conflict Resolution: Serve as an intermediary between parties to resolve disputes, negotiate settlements, and enact appropriate resolutions.

  • Problem Solving: Determine the appropriate course of action by conducting investigative steps to identify issues and process complex transactions online.

  • Research and Documentation: Research error findings on processes, document findings, and implement necessary corrections.

  • Outbound Communication: Occasionally make outbound calls (5-10/day) to follow up on customer inquiries and resolve issues.
