Genesis10 is seeking a Business Analyst for a contract with our client in St. Paul, MN. 80% Remote. Job Description: Functionality needs to be built to automatically pass transaction data from the funding association to the participating association. This functionality brings PLANT into parity with Cornerstone. Client was going to build this into their core but due to increases in estimated hours to solve, client has made the decision to build. Key Responsibilities: Actively manage product backlog Research and capture requirements for User Stories Produce meeting notes from discovery interviews Write acceptance criteria Facilitate story discussions in internal team meetings as needed Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily standup, demos, etc.) Sit as a proxy for the PO when needed QA test, as needed, in preparation of moving to UAT Required Basic Qualifications: Prior experience as a Business Analyst; Capital Markets experience a plus Understanding of Agile (SCRUM) practices Story writing in Agile formats Previously run or contributed to discovery interviews Previous work on Client products, specifically DNA Previous work in Financial Services or Farm Credit Good communicator, both written and verbal Well organized Attention to detail Visionary - One that can piece the big picture together given the defined purpose of the work at hand Key Technology /Certification(s): None Required CSPO a plus SAFe certified a plus ADO experience a plus Compensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $65.00-$70.00 We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
