World Wide Technology Product Director- Immersive & Digital Twin Experiences in St. Louis, United States

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 8 years of product or solutions leadership experience, with at least 3 years focused on digital twin technologies and immersive solutions.

  • Demonstrated experience in architecting digital twin solutions and leading product development cycles in the simulation and immersive technology space.

  • Expertise in leading diverse teams of software developers, 3D artists, designers, and engineers to deliver complex projects.

  • Proficiency in using Nvidia Omniverse for creating interoperable digital twins, Epic Unreal Engine for high-fidelity simulations, and Unity for cross-platform immersive experiences.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing successful implementation of digital twin technologies across various use cases.

  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Technical requirements:

  • Expertise in Digital Twin Technologies

  • Strong strategic knowledge of platforms like Nvidia Omniverse for creating real-time, accurate simulation environments.

  • Broad experience overseeing the integration of IoT and AI to enhance digital twin functionalities and support autonomous system optimization.

  • Proficiency with Immersive Technologies

  • Comprehensive understanding of creating immersive experiences using Epic Unreal Engine and Unity for virtual, augmented, and mixed reality applications.

  • Strategic oversight of XR technology implementation, including VR headsets, AR glasses, and motion capture systems.

  • System Architecture

  • Proven capability in overseeing the architecture of complex software systems that incorporate digital twins and immersive technologies.

  • Strategic management of cloud computing initiatives to support scalable and distributed computing environments.

  • Software Development

  • Background in guiding software development strategies, with an understanding of various programming languages relevant to simulation and immersive technologies.

  • Experience in supervising projects using agile methodologies and modern project management tools.

  • 3D Modeling and Animation:

  • Knowledgeable in the strategic application of 3D modeling and animation, guiding the use of tools like Maya, Blender, or 3ds Max.

  • Oversight of the processes for integrating 3D assets into simulations and gaming engines.

  • Networking & Security:

  • Strategic knowledge of networking principles tailored for high-performance, multi-user environments.

  • Experience in leading cybersecurity strategy to protect user data and secure gaming and simulation environments.

  • Performance Optimization

  • Proficiency in directing initiatives using cloud services and edge computing to optimize performance and enhance user experience.

  • Responsible for ensuring optimal performance of digital twins and simulations across various platforms.

  • Data Analysis and Machine Learning

  • Oversight of data analysis to leverage digital twin data for predictive maintenance and optimization.

  • Strategic direction on the application of machine learning frameworks to improve simulation technologies.

  • Data Management, Middleware & Platform Integration

  • Extensive experience in overseeing data management and the integration of software and hardware systems within digital twin frameworks.

  • Leadership in the development of asset transformation pipelines and middleware solutions for seamless technology integration.
