Cretive Circle Marketing Project Manager in St. Louis Park, Minnesota

"Our non-profit education client is looking for a Marketing Project Manager.This role is:- 3 months, with potential to extend- 24 hours/week (8 hours/day)- Fully onsite in their western suburbs headquarters, 3 days per week, and they are flexible on days you come in!The ideal candidate:- Project Manager with 5+ years' of experience in an agency or corporate marketing setting- Experience in the PM software, Asana, is highly preferred- Someone that LOVES process and wants to help layout processes for this small marketing team. Currently, there are no existing processes, so lots of room here for you to come in with ideas and process advancements.- Experience / passion in the non-profit or education space is idealWhat you'll be responsible for:- Define processes and procedures for their marketing department - you will partner with their VP of Marketing on this!- Handle project intake via a marketing request form - Attend weekly status meetings and provide action / next steps- Delegate projects + responsibilities across writing, blog, emails, social media, and design, all via Asana- Manage projects from initial project intake to project launch- Provide weekly status reports to confirm with the team where each project is at and Provide documentation of set up processes- Assist with overall server structure. This includes cleaning up old assets, organize folders, etc.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
