We're looking for a skilled Mold Maker to craft and maintain precision molds that shape our high-quality kitchen products. What you will get to do: Fabricate, assemble, and repair molds based on technical drawings, specifications, and industry standards. Set up and operate a variety of machines, including lathes, drill presses, milling machines, and grinders. Use hand tools and measuring instruments. Perform bench operations involving basic project planning and final assembly of material. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure molds meet requirements and production timelines. Conduct maintenance and troubleshooting on molds to ensure optimal performance, longevity, and quality. Modify existing molds to improve efficiency or adapt to new product specifications. Use floor jacks, chain hoist, die lifts and fork truck to move materials. Responsible for keeping work area neat and orderly. Perform other related duties as assigned or needed. What you'll bring to the role: High School diploma or GED required Completion of an accredited Vo-Tech program in tool and die making, or equivalent preferred 3+ years of experience as an Injection Mold Maker or in a similar role. Metal stamping or molding background preferred EDM knowledge preferred Mechanical aptitude 6+ months of experience working with manual machines including drills, milling machines, grinders, and lathes Basic knowledge of machine tools and their uses Willing to learn on the job to become familiar with our production, facility, and supportive equipment.
