Compensation Range

Hourly: $38.65 - $51.45 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)

Essential Functions

• Facilitate the development, alignment and communication of strategic plans

• Assist management with preparing strategy and financial reviews with the CEO/CFO

• Publish executive reporting

• Identify and research emerging trends, technology and signals

• Promote innovation across the spectrum

• Manage relationships with corporate partners and evaluate value to the organization

• Lead projects across business units with moderate complexity

• Lead logistical event planning

• Coordinate communication of key messages across the Strategic Planning Office team

• Create procedure documents and assist with providing requested information during audits

• Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

• Basic understanding and application of Agile methodologies

• Basic understanding of strategic planning best practices and innovation tools

• Basic knowledge (or ability to learn) primary drivers of the Bank’s revenue and expense

• Strong accuracy, prioritization, and customer service skills

• Ability and confidence to ask questions and retain information

• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality

• Ability to identify and drive process improvements

• Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Inquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

• Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values

• Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent combination of education and experience required

• 1+ years banking and or strategy experience required

At Commerce, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each situation. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay is $38.65 to $51.45 per hour.
